Experts in the appliance industry, we are partial to loving food and cooking, the communities we live in, and everyone who gets excited about cooking and or learning to cook! In the Valley, we have access to the most delicious and abundant food in the world — and probably the most creative foodies as well!

OUR CLASSROOM

Product demonstrations, food events, and actual cooking classes are scheduled regularly in our fully functional working showrooms. Our Culinary Classroom is a true demonstration kitchen, complete with 4 ovens, 4 dishwashers, 3 cooktop surfaces, ventilation, cameras, TV monitors and ample horseshoe seating.

We host chefs, caterers, food-related business owners, cooking instructors from the MJC Community Education and Modesto Junior College Community Education.

It also doubles as a communal space for team building and private events.

Brands highlighted in the Culinary Kitchen include Wolf Sub-Zero Cove, Bosch, Perlick, Zephyr, Vent-A-Hood and KitchenAid. JennAir, Thermador, Gaggenau, Dacor, Viking and Monogram.
