Our Direct Outlet store is an 18,000 square foot warehouse filled to the brim with open-box appliances. It is located at 701 K Street in Modesto, between the DoubleTree Hotel and Hwy 99. All appliances are brand new and come with a one-year warranty. Our selection includes the main store's overstock, as well as appliances we purchase at a discount because of small dings or scratches. We pass these discounts on to you by offering them at up to 70 percent off retail!

Brands offered at the Direct Appliance Outlet are many, and include:
Maytag, Whirlpool Frigidaire, KitchenAid, Amana, Viking, Zephyr, GE, GE Monogram, Bosch, Blomberg, Fisher & Paykel, and Miele!

Appliances include dishwashers, washers, dryers, stacked sets, ranges, hoods, microhoods, refrigerators. There are both freestanding and built-in appliances at the 701 K Street Direct Outlet. The inventory changes daily as we change up the merchandise and receive truckloads regularly from the manufacturer. The Outlet is a "what you see is what you get" type of store and there are some great bargains there if you see something you like. We do not order in at the prices offered there, so customers need to buy it when they see it.

We also offer some of our flooring, carpeting, and countertop overstock at our Outlet location. This is also where our Service and Parts Department operate out of as well.
