Our smallest yet largest feat so far, the D39 is a revolutionary in-ceiling speaker that mimics the appearance of 4" designer lighting. An arrangement of D39 in-ceiling speakers and the DSUB6F3 combine for uncompromised sound with a most minimal impression.
Integrated Aesthetics
Customized to match the unique appearance of home lighting, each speaker comes complete with square and round 4" magnetic grilles. Highly perforated and paintable, the custom finish blends seamlessly into the ceiling in line with the lights for a sophisticated uniform look.
DPSD™ Tweeter Technology
The patented Dual Plane Stabilized Diaphragm (DPSD™) Tweeter suspends the tweeter dome at multiple points, allowing it to be driven with more power for greater frequency response and wider dispersion.
Tool-Less Installation
It is important when installing a loudspeaker in the ceiling that it be stable and secure, restricting the vibration of the assembly and limiting transfer of energy into the wall. The revolutionary Tool-Less Installation (Patent #9591390) spreads the weight of the speaker over a larger area than typical mounting systems accomplishing this result with minimal effort. Spring-loaded clips also create more uniform pressure against the drywall eliminating any warping or distortion of the speaker baffle.
